 Crank Shaft Assembly

  Made of carbon steel dynamically balanced with roller bearings for connecting Rod big end and deep groved   ball bearings for journals assembled true y & x axis.
  
  The balance weight are forged out of carbon steel, hardened and precision ground And the connecting rods are   forged out of chromium steel, case hardened and precision Ground. The crankshaft assembly is provided with  oil splasher for lubricating all moving Parts by splashing the oil in the crankcase.

 Special cast iron, deep finned for quick heat dissipation. The cylinders bores are Precision honed. All air  passages of the cylinder heads are generously curved for easy Air flow. Between the cylinders and cylinder  heads, valve flats are provided with stainless Steel finger type valve plates.

  High quality graded cast iron. The cylinders are fitted on to it in a ‘V’ Form. It acts As the sump for the   lubricating oil and is provided with an oil lever indicator, a drain plug And a breather maintains a partial vacuum   inside crank case to facilitate better lubrication

Valve Flate are made from graded mild steel. It should me machined and ground Both sides. The four holes in the plates are perfectly matched to the studs in the cylinder And head. The holes in the centre plate are perfectly matched for valve blades (finger valves)
